Backup & Restore of ~150 titles

Does anyone have any advice on how I can do quick and easy restore of steam after I do a clean wipe?

I have no problems backing up the steamapps folder. But I don't want to have to verify each and every single title one by one after I reinstall steam.

Is there a bulk method possible?
