video.txt - resolution settings?

Towards the end of the video.txt file there are these entries:

• setting.fullscreen


• setting.defaultres


• setting.defaultresheight


• setting.aspectratiomode


• setting.nowindowborder

...and I was wondering what they all did. I can guess the 'defaultres' ones but i'm confused about the others.
