Hi, so I've never had allergies before and still don't really have any signs of allergies but this year I think the extra pollen got to me and made my sinuses inflammed or congested and what not and it really disturbs my general breathing/sleep
So I started taking some tylenol congestion and that helps it out a bunch but only lasts for so many hours before I need to take it again, so people with allergies generally how long does this season last?? hopefully it ends soon cause this sucks and I don't even want to know what full allergies feel like.
