Afterall, it is set to be in the artic and the Frostbite 3 looks awesome in this type of environments like in the BF4 maps of the last DLC. Actually, its looks even better in Battlefront.
Source 2, if not vaporware, at least is already old even before being born like seen in DOTA 2. Nothing impressive and rather disappointing.
Using the Frostbite 3 will save them time and resources and still have an excellent looking game, at least much better than if it was the Source 2.
