This is a work in progress design for a new Demoman weapon. I had this idea of the Demoman using it to stall an attack while he closes in for a kill. I'm hoping that the charge is short enough to require the Demoman to be judicious in his usage but not so difficult to time that he can't just be flattened while he tries to close gaps.

How would you change this? Everything's on the table.
