Dunno what is blocking VAC, but it's impossible to play CS:GO. I've reinstalled steam, and still no luck. The only thing that I can think of is a third party program messing with VAC. I've disabled CCleaner, malwarebytes, and Bitdefender(anti-virus). However, I still get kicked because something is blocking VAC.
