First off, because people apparently don't like to read in this text-based medium, I want to clarify that I don't actually want more grordbort weapons. I think most of us would agree that anymore would be overkill, and they aren't exactly easy on the eyes.
I'm asking what your ideas for weapons in the grordbort style would be, bearing in mind the retro-future theme combined with horrificly gimmicky mechanics that nobody asked for.
For example:
So what kind of weirdness would you anticipate, had they continued with the grordbort whatsit? Black hole launchers that cause negative knockback compared to grenades? A minigun with a handcrank? A hologram watch for spy? Unconventionality and brokenness abound!
