Satchel Charge

Let's say tomorrow, the spy gets an additional item slot, and a new weapon, the satchel charge.

The satchel charge does about as much damage as a sticky, and you can only carry 3 before having to restock. Left clicking places the charge at your feet, right clicking detonates it.

It launches you at a height and speed midway between a sticky and rocket jump.

How much more unbalanced or balanced does the game get?
