It it against any sort of terms of service or eula to get people's account's vac banned? Since they have no chance of possibly getting it revoked, and it's quite and easy way to ruin accounts.
For example in internet cafe's/public pc's you can install some sort of background (detected) silentaim or rootkit and get whoever plays on that computer for the day vac banned.
Is there anything valve will/can do to people in such cases?
Purely a question out of curiosity. I saw videos of people breaking into accounts with keyloggers and such and getting them vac banned "To troll them" and it made me wonder if Valve cares.
