source dedicated server exploit-server crasher config

few months ago my friends servers were flooded and still gettin flooded i mean not ddos
they got flooded with some userconfig commands (dont ask me how but i found this config)

i dont know how silly its sounds like but you can crash a server with console commands, you can crash every single server with this exploit that runs source ds
its may take a while till you crash a server but when you flood the server with these commands, the server will lagg as hell after few mins

this exploit was never fixed by vlave so its was always out there
i tested this config only on csgo so i dont really know if you can crash css/gmod/l4d2.. servers

i tried to run some sourcemod plugins(loggers) to track the player who flooding the servers but i couldnt because when you run "exec config" in the console, that config cannot be tracked like if you type console commands by ur self
so when you run "exec config" the commands that inside the config dont go thru the console or something so its harder to tack them, the commands become the same as ur movement commands for example +left or +right
