Seriously this was one of the more interesting steam workshop submissions. Giving Heavy a melee type minigun. (maybe it could make Huo Long Heater type damaging rings minus the afterburn, or actually buff your move speed when you rev) It seems different but still viable enough to use. Would work well as a bear heavy eating steak sammiches, or give you more of a reason to switch to shotty. Mostly it sounds like a lot of fun and worth balancing to have lumberjack heavies. All the miniguns have gotten kinda samey (damage or slowdown?) so this could provide a little bit of an alternative gameplay style.
