From how I'm interpretting it, only the Concealed Killer and Powerhouse set weapons can be strange quality (though I'm reading that the crates they come aren't dropping yet??? I don't know).
I'd feel a little disappointed if the 'basic' versions of our CSGO weapons can't come in strange quality.
So I'm guessing Teufort and Craftsmann Collection Weeapons can't be Strange quality?
