Difficult to do missions

So I decided to hop on to do a mission to grab 10 hostages. I join a server and start playing normally, getting a lot of kills and grabbing hostages. My team kicks me because they are doing something else and doesn't tell me what. Apparently this is the only server for the past hour. And look at that I can't join because I was kicked. Sure would be nice to do this mission........ k thanks bai
