I am using stock San Andreas, not downgraded, with a Dualshock 2 connected to my computer using a Boom! PSJoy USB converter, on Windows 7 Ultimate x86. I have also verified that my computer is recognizing the button input, both in the Windows "Devices and Printers" subsection of the Control Panel, and by playing other games.
