Visual Notification fot Chat steam.

Hi

I wish you could enable a kind of visual notification for steam chat. I am deaf so i can't leverage of sounds. Can you make steam chat so that it pops up or shine whenever someone send a message. I mean when I'm no ingame (looking at facebook or youtube for example)
