DO NOT download and install a VoiP program from http://clean-voice.com/. It's a hijacking program.
Long story;
I was invited to a MM by some random guys I played Arena with. They asked me to join their VoiP using a program they called "cv". I'd obviously never heard of that before, so they linked me to this site: http://clean-voice.com/ (Do not download this client)
This website looks nice, but is built exactly like CPA sites (Cost-Per-Action). Looks professional, but there's never any contact, support or about pages. No information, usually just a field for your email followed by a marketing survay (which pays the site-owner). In this case the site just has a link which gives you an .exe file. Sketchy. I refused to use the program and reported them for hijacking etc and left...
Then I was a bit stupid (no harm done luckily). I wanted to find out what this program does. So I downloaded it anyway and ran the file..
This program made a popup which claimed "Steam needs to restart to install". And Steam did actually quit... I shut down my PC there. OBVIOUS harmful stuff.
I can't find any trace of the program, all my stuff is still in my inventory etc., but I'm pretty sure the program would've somehow given someone access to my Steam account... I was told by some friends later that they knew a guy who got fooled and lost all his items.
Just telling you guys so noone else gets tricked by this. Stick to Ventrilo, TeamSpeak, Mumble or the in game coms.
