I'm seeing red!

...in the Dev Console, anyway.

I've been getting a lot of freezing and stuttering lately, and it always seems to happen when these errors occur:

I can get TF2 to run pretty well on my 18th Century Sound-and-Picture Box, but those two errors seem to enjoy ruining any semblance of performance I might have.

Is there any way to fix this? Any and all assistance will be gladly appreciated.
