Cannot be removed by anyone except for the owner of the building.
No Sapped building Revolver Damage Penalty
-20% Damage

A sapper for both dealing with multiple Engineers, and unlocks that should not exist. :D Trade off is more time taken to destroy the buildings outright. I put out "-20% Damage" as a starting point, but ideally it would be slow enough that the dead Engineer would be able to respawn before his entire nest is destroyed, baring outside influence of course.

Edit: I'll be honest, the name could obviously use some work.
