Dear Overwatch Investigators,
Please bear in mind, as you investigate The Suspect, that most wallhax don't see through smoke. So if you are expecting The Suspect to hit all his AWP shots through that smoke at mid on Dust 2, think again.
There are some expensive and rare hax that do see through smoke, but I would be surprised to see any of those at anything below LE rank. They possibly don't even exist outside of pro-level CS:GO.
Also, bear in mind that the better hax users use obfuscation techniques, such as "staring at their weapon" while they are in fact looking through walls, and toggling their hax ON and OFF. So if The Suspect misses kills that he should have easily achieved if his hax were ON, well, he might have turned them OFF temporarily.
Some cheaters only turn their hax ON to ensure a victory. So while they have that 5-round lead, they might toggle OFF, but toggle back on when the score reaches 13-13...
I'm not saying everyone who is The Suspect cheats. I'm saying bear in mind they use some techniques to hide the fact that they are cheating. Use discernment. Convict wisely.
