I'm experiencing a game crash whenever I touch an openable window frame, made from func_brush. What bothers me the most is that this frame is absolutely identical to 3 other frames, yet only this one causes the crash. Later I discovered that after removing all the props, it still crashes after walking into the empty window frame. The problem happens even with noclip on, if I try to fly closely over the frame, facing the sun again. Changing materials of anything didn't bring me any luck aswell.
Below is everything I believe may help you with trying to resolve this issue of mine. I have uploaded a very lightened version of the map, that compiles in just a few secs. All custom materials were replaced by HL2 metal and dev, CS:S only required for some. Remember that touching the frame from the left side only or walking over it causes the crash, and that it's the second window from left (facing the house from the front). The window can be opened only from the inside (pressing use the nodrawed bar on bottom), try to open it and then just walk up to the frame from left side while facing the sun- it crashes instantly.
