New update crashing TF2

Hello there. Ever since I bought a Mettle Campaign Ticket the game has been crashing, or rather, hl2.exe stops responding.

I've tried deleting my custom hud, re-installing, verifying game cache, etc.

Anyone else having this?

Anyone else have any ideas as to solutions?
