Lagging Issues Post-Gun Mettle

I was just wondering how many other people have experienced weird lag issues since the update came out. I still get good FPS and the game looks fine but for some reason there is a moment of lag every 10-30 seconds that really makes the game unplayable. Even with ideal ping (~30ish) the problem persists regardless of how I tweak the settings.
