It would be great if I an AI train starts off as top priority but then changed to a lower priority as the scenario unfolds.
As an example, You're driving a passenger train that is following an express train. The express stops for passengers at a station where there are multiple tracks. You're next scheduled stop is down the line so you're allowed to use a passing track to get around the express. Further down the line while you're stopped to pick up passengers or for whatever, the express is allowed to pass you.
As far as I know this isn't possible the way the AI's work. You would have to able to change the priority back and forth as the scenario progresses.
