While there still isn't an official application from Valve, Steam Live on Windows Phone is a really good 3rd party application: http://ift.tt/1D8eRIA
The cool part is it allows you to pin your profile onto a live tile and steam news etc and browse your Steam profile etc in awesome Windows Phone style ^.^
Until Valve releases their official application, looks like this will have to do.
