I want to give DOTA 2 to a friend, he's just created a steam account but he cannot download the game himself since he's past the FUP limit.
How do I give him the game files?
Start download -> stop download -> close steam, paste game and manifest files where they need to be -> start steam -> verify integrity of cache
Will that work or should I be doing something else? Thanks.
