-Ironsights are NOT required for perfectly accurate aiming
-Not F2P (unless you can buy "everything" and not grind for anything for a cheap price)
-Active community.

I know of a few.
TF2 (played it too much since release, plus its ruined by everyone playing only the really bad maps)
Quake Live (hate it, horribly bland)
The new free Unreal Tournament (not interested in alpha products)
Renegade X (mostly dead)
Tribes Ascend (ruined by its moronic devevelopers)
Thats about it.
I even bought Black Mesa just for the multiplayer but its already dead and the very few are always playing DM (I cannot stand free-for-all).
Is there anything else or is this genre truly without hope?
