Best multiplayer of modern war where people speak a lot during the game ?

I tried MW3 wich is an amazing game but i didn't like to much multiplayer cause every body stay quiet and didn't speak...
Once i tried a free to play american army beta and all the player were speking.The problem was the game not so nice.
Can you suggest me a nice multiplayer fps where every body speak with microphone?
