There are plenty of people "upgrading" to Windows 10 because its "free" but it comes at a cost. The cost is the ownership of your data.
If you agree to the 45 page terms Microsoft has the RIGHT to analyze transmit and forward all your PRIVATE content(everything you say or type, including any data that people send to you) to unnamed third parties.
It does not matter if you use the privacy dashboard to disable these privacy invasive features. The terms still apply.
I would suggest you read up on the FACTS about the ramifications of using Windows 10(you can block the updates to 7 and 8 that recently added the spying features to 7 and 8).
