Not really sure if this goes here but anyways, I just read an article on PC Gamer showing how to make a dedicated server for games. I've tried making a server on my gaming PC for Garry's Mod but it never works for some reason, no matter how much I research the problem I cannot find a solution. Anyways, I don't have an old computer to make the server on so I have a question.
Is it possible to setup a dedicated server on my MacBook while my gaming PC is running Windows 10? Or do they need to be the same OS? Or is it possible to make the server on the same computer?
