Possibilities:
1) No new stats, just a reskinned Sandvich
2) Consumable, has same effects as Sandvich (heals 300HP over a short time interval, can be thrown down to act as a medkit)
On kill: Regenerates, becoming ready for consumption again
Does not regenerate over time
Cannot be regenerated by collecting a medkit at full health
