Im trying to get a resolve from both parties, but Steam blames ESO, and ESO blames Steam.
I have been playing Elders scrolls online for quite a number of months now, and the crown store has been released, woohoo thought i would buy myself some extra in game crowns, so i can get a cool flaming horse, I followed the instructions ESO outlined here:

I purchased through steam, waited for my steam code, which never got delivered. I lodged an issue to steam and they said in the support ticket:
We have no access to this game's in-game economy so there is no way for Steam Support to verify that the in game items you've purchased have been added to your account. We do show that the transaction was completed successfully on our end.
You will need to contact their support department directly if the points aren't showing up in your account. They will be able to research the issue on their end.

If their Support department asks you for your proof of purchase, you can find a record of the purchase in your Steam account here:
- Log in to your Steam account.
- In the upper right hand corner, click the "[Your username]'s account" and select "Account Details" from the drop down list.
- Clicking on "Game Transactions" will list your recent purchases for in-game items or currency. The details include the date of purchase, name of the game or item(s) purchased, and the transaction amount.
So Steam have wiped there hands of the purchase!
Got on to ESO, and they have insisted that i deal with the issue through Steam and wait for my code.
Nobody has taken ownership, nobody wants to take ownership, and everyone gets to keep my money. I have put a paypal dispute through, guess we will see how that goes, guess there is no in game crowns for me. Hopefully i get to have my money back.
