Can't Add Funds to Wallet

I've noticed that Steam adds so many barriers to dissuade people from using the Marketplace, almost as if they don't want your money.



Anyways, I typo'd the security code for my credit card while trying to add funds, and got this error message:



"For the protection of the account holder, this purchase has been declined. Further purchasing will be temporarily limited - please contact Steam Support to resolve this issue."



So I contacted them. But does anyone know how long it may take for a response, and/or what I'll have to do to clear up the matter?
