Okay, so, I'm so salty you could cure pork just by rubbing it over my skin.
Was in a brutal series of missions, looking forward to a big PAYDAY... Then "wait, why did the host kick that guy?"
> You have been kicked.
> Rewards? Jack smack ♥♥♥♥ake mushrooms.
This is just aggravating.
On the other hand, you can't just say "You can't kick people," or "you can't kick people after X point," because that would invite an entirely different type of griefing, and of course, hosts would complain they have a right to control their computers, etc.
So, I have a solution. If the host kicks you, you go to a limbo screen where you wait for the results of the mission. If it was the PAYDAY mission and the mission is finished, you get a full share of loot, full rewards, etc, just as if you'd finished it. (account appropriately for if the player in question was in custody at the time of their kick.)
If you were mid-way through a mission series, after the mission is over, you become a host of that mission yourself, preserving your progress.
