Can't Contact Steam Support? Weird Glitch...

I've been trying to contact Steam support, but every time I put in the type of product and the problem I'm having in step 1, when I try to press on the subject area or the question area, or pretty much anywhere on the screen, the step 2 area disappears for like 2 seconds then reappears. Basically, every time I try to press on something in the step 2 area when contacting steam support, it disappears and reappears all the time.



Is this some kind of weird glitch? I've tried using other browsers, but it keeps happening...
