Crashes, Freezes, audio glitches and moar (Not Fixed)

Ever since the new update, I've been having tons of issues. Audio gets extremely high pitched, this one isn't that bad. Just restart the game and such. The crashes. I crash a lot when I startup the game, this is annoying but still can deal with it. The big thing here is freezing on loading screens. For some reason it almost ALWAYS freezes on the loading screen. No, cl_disablehtmlmotd 1 does not fix it. This only began happening when the new update came out. (pls fix awp back 2 old one volvo) Just freeze after freeze. I can get lucky and manage to get into a couple games, but this is a rare occasion. I restart my game and it still freezes when I try to reconnect. If I get lucky and get into a game the next game I que in, even if I restart my game like 4 times, it still refuses to not freeze on the loading screen. I get cooldowns, not like that matters since I can't play anyways. Don't forget fps drops that drop it down to like 15.

List of things I've tried:

1. Verified my game cache (x6)

2. Reinstalled my game (x2)

3. Did full virus, spyware, etc scans

4. cl_disablehtmlmotd 1

5. Followed a tutorial video using different ways to stop freezing and crashing (x2)

6. Restarted my computer (x7)

My computer is trash, that might be the problem but I highly doubt it. (Because it only started happening when the update came out) I get like a steady 35 fps usually. (That's why 800 hours and silver hype) I've tried pretty much everything but it doesn't work, I think I'm pretty much dunzo. Loved every single one of those 800 hours I have played, $250+ on this game volvo pls, y u gotta do dis. If anyone manages to find a solution, I will love you forever. Like forever. I'll give you a Famas Colony.
