I contacted them to recover an old account that I haven't used since 2013 and I couldn't reset the password either because the email that I have it connected to doesn't exist anymore and it was when outlook was still hotmail (I already removed the alias). I believe the chances of them responding to tickets depends on the problem of the ticket (hijacked, hacked, etc.) if I am correct or do they really take this long to any kind of matter.
I think their service is great but their customer service have gotten worse as it only takes 3-5 days for them to answer and even just a day.
