So, no matter what I do, I keep getting the error, "The Social Club failed to load due to an incomplete installation (code 4.)" I've tried every trick they had listed, disabling antivirus, rebooting, running as admin, no matter what it won't "install completely".
I'd ask over on the Rockstar forums, but apparently you need to be a member FOR A MONTH BEFORE YOU CAN POST.
Has anyone else been having this issue, and gotten it resolved?
