Steam and windows high dpi

Every time that steam starts with computer, text, icons, everything is small. It only changes to high dpi if I close steam and start manually.



Tried normal and beta, happens the same with both.



Could you fix this, please?



Im using Windows 7 sp1 x64, updated to today.
