Game notices don't show up

Title says it. Usually, in the detailed view, you get a quick peek at the last 3 notices (good for updates). However, since some time, I only have this on a few games. And I only have 7 games installed :l

This is tiring me a lot. Having to go to the dedicated notices page takes time and I just want to check if the maintenance is done, or what's new. I don't want to know about some stupid stream or reviews or giveaways!

Any help?
