SteamVR: make it AR compatible

I sent this to an email to webmaster@valvesoftware.com , because I didn't know how long it would be for my account to be activated here in steam forums, which took no time!



OK so here is the idea:



I thought that it would be great for SteamVR if it would work also as a AR.

How? well:

• by adding a camera in front

or better

• by adding

• either one howl in the center where:

• a camera can attach

• or even better

• three howls (one in the center, two symmetrically right and left) where:

• either one camera can attach in the center howl

• or two cameras can attach on the symmetrical howls

This allows for AR to be possible with SteamVR!
