Overhaul has glitched meshes on NPCs in Mournhold

I've been really enjoying the Overhaul mod collection results in MW, but I just arrived in Mournhold, and I'm finding just about every other NPC that is linked to a quest surrounded by the mesh-glitch triangles.

Has anyone found this problem, or know how I can fix this? I really hate to think I spent all this time just to have it too glitched to continue.
