This one would be perfect.
Giving the the RS to the Pyro was a dumb idea. It's meant to be a Soldier weapon, yet it is useless on the Soldier. Yet they can't buff it because it is already stupid on the Pyro. Give the Pyro a Flare Gun based on quick-switching and hitting airborn targets so that the RS's niche can be filled, and they can make the RS a proper soldier weapon.
Remove Reserve Shooter from Pyro and give him a airshot-based flare gun
