Call it "The Revenge Of the Curse of the Ghost of the Cousin of the Brother of the Bride of Scream Fortress Crate", set the price to open it at $1.49 (because they're already available) and have a chance for them to be Strange and a tiny chance for them to have new Halloween effects. There, worth your tme to unrestrict them.

Helsing set, Cadaver's Capper, the Rocket Ranger set, Plutonidome, Raven's Visage, Beast from Below, Handhunter, Maniac's Manacles, Headtaker's Hood, Horsemann's Handmedown, the Count Tavish set, Last Bite, Immobile Suit, MasterMind, Garden Bristles, Iron Fist, Alternative Medicine Man, Shaman's Skull, Trepanabotomizer, Vicar's Vestments, the Sun King set, the Doctor Galactic set, Hallowed Headcase, Marsupial Man, Hyperbaric Bowler, Fowl Cowl, Nightmare Hunter, Shadowman's Shade, Pin Pals, Candleer, One-Way Ticket, Manneater, Cryptic Keepsake, Pocket Horsemann, Tuque or Treat, Kritz or Treat Canteen to name a few.

Trick or Treat Presents and the Spirit of Halloween
The Trick or Treat Present is an action item similar to the Secret Saxton. However, unlike the Saxton;

• It drops (during Halloween at a common rate and uncommonly during full moons, doesn't take up 'regular' drops)
• It can only be used on _event maps
• It contains either a Halloween cosmetic (treat) that will be given to a random player on the server...
• ...or a temporary hex, jinx or trick that will make the random person look really silly.

The hexes do not affect gameplay in a meaningful way and last for the rest of the round. Possible hexes include Small Head, Big Head, Hat-B-Gone (the player will appear their vanilla class, including weapon skins), Squeaky Voice, Deep Voice, Bonus Ducks (drop ducks upon death! your enemies and allies will profit from your demise! Disabled during Bumper Cars, obviously) etc.
Every player gets a Spirit of Halloween cosmetic upon starting the game during Halloween. The Spirit of Halloween cosmetic is similar to the Spirit of Giving. It counts the amount of people you've tricked, the amount of people you've treated, the amount of times YOU'VE been tricked and the amount of times YOU'VE been treated.

Make Ghostfort spells findable as bonuses in presents on every event map with presents Because they're the only good ones and we might as well be able to get them on every event map.
