Quad core i7 @ 2.5Ghz
If I set all the graphics back to default (everything on high), I get between 50-121 FPS (it's capped at 121). I'm a comp player, so I'm not happy with this. I want to get 121 FPS even in the heat of battle. I installed an FPS config and turned everything down, so the game looked like crap, but I don't care about that. The problem is, that even after the FPS config and downgrading, my FPS hasn't changed. I've reinstalled, and deleted my tf folder, but nothing changes. Here's my config

This tells me that the graphics aren't the problem, but that something else is slowing the game down. I have checked my resources during the game, but nothing seems to help. Any help I can get would really be great :)

UPDATE
I've discovered that it's only when I'm on a server with other people. I made an offline server and stood at a certain point on a map. When I went online and did the same thing online, my FPS dropped by 40-60
