So I've searched online and a little bit in the forums if others have had this problem, turns out yes they have, however it was at least 2 years ago when Windows 10 (my build: 10147) wasn't out.
I thought it might be compatibility issues so I reset graphics and also turned on compat. mode for Win 7 but still no luck. Plus, there's already a thread about Win 10 compat. issues and others said they've had no problem; though one person did have another build.
So does anyone have any ideas or experienced the same problem?
Computer Stats:
M11x R2
1.20GHz Intel Core i7 640UM (4MB Cache, max turbo frequency 2.266GHz)
8GB DDR3
DirectX 10
NVIDIA GeForce GT 335M (1GB GDDR3)
Samsung SSD 840 EVO 500GB

>> Went back and also tried compat. mode for XP because I read that XP only goes up to DirectX 9 and that anything higher might/would have problems but the issue is still unresolved.
