Several times lately, I have come across friendly dispensers that don't work. Last night on Upward as a scout, I had nearly no health left and had to go all the way back to spawn because one nearby didn't work.
One that I built on Chokebowl would heal me, so I destroyed it and rebuilt. That one worked.
Anyone else?
