incentive to play at higher rank

Right now there is no reason to play at higher rank other than e-peen. There needs to be an incentive to play at the higher rank. Too many trolls and smurfs. If there is a reward system for say...the top 3 players like higher chances of drops. Maybe everytime you defuse or stop a defuse you get a 1% chance increase in drop or quality in drop etc. <--might be a bad idea but just an example of giving players a reason to play at higher ranks and try harder and not to smurf.
