Not sure what the problem is exactly. My internet is a very stable 300 mb/s and the maximum download speed I'm getting is around 18 MB/s. It shouldn't really be a hard drive problem as I have a WD Caviar Blue which is a decently fast HDD. So please, do you think you can clear this up for me?
Steam downloads capping out at around 18 MB/s on a 300 mb/s connection.
