Setup Time Suggestion

So a few years ago they made it so Ubercharge could be built at the maximum rate since people were rocket-jumping in spawn to build faster. This made sense since there is nothing stopping you from building an Uber so you might as well get it unimpeded.

Now Engineers still need to scavenge metal in setup to build their guns. Teams can suicide for metal to give their engineer an advantage so why not give infinite metal to Engineers in setup?

Medic don't get instant Ubers otherwise you could switch everyone to Medic at the last second. With this in mind I don't expect buildings to instantly construct (like Mann VS Machine) otherwise you'd get disposable Sentries next to the doors.

The reason why I bring this up is because of the unnecessary variables. Engineer needs this setup time otherwise he has no chance at a first point hold. If a certain gibus wearing variable takes his Ammo kit then his setup is significantly hindered. Why hurt the players setup because of an unaware teammate? If anything, having to rely on a player to not use the resources on the map when he wants ammo would be considered "confusing to new players". :p

Now obviously there would need to be limitations. A few second cooldown on each building during setup should prevent the piling heap of scrap metal. For good measure, all fallen metal and weapons should also disappear on round start.
