So I've been receiving this error message for a couple of days now. My internet crashed a couple of nights ago and when I got on to steam I got the normal error message. Steam has been working flawlessly ever since my internet was installed, no firewall issues, no port forwarding blah blah blah. But, I mistakenly deleted one of the steam background processes and now I'm receiving this message. Things I've done: Replaced modem/router(have much faster speeds), checked firewall issues with new modem/router, tried to port forward, -tcp option, re installing about 12 times and nothing has seemed to work. If there is anyone out there who can help me that would be much appreciated.
"Steam is having trouble connecting to the Steam servers."
